As part of a group project, we designed a feature that allows Airbnb hosts to highlight sustainable practices with a simple “Green Tag.” Our process included user research, persona building, and mapping host journeys. We developed interactive flows with a host checklist and verification, while aligning with Airbnb’s design system. An appendix added the admin’s perspective for a full 360° view of the feature.
